Inspections for general household pests take between 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Some homes take longer to inspect based on square footage, number of outbuildings, property layout, or hard-to-access areas. Criteria for inspections include potential entry points at ground and roof level, areas with vegetation, rodent burrows, excessive moisture conditions, damage to guttering, soffits, or concrete, and many other items.
