Everything we do is focused on customer service. We are ramping up services our customers might not know they need. The first full time employee has been hired. This will give Horizon Pest Solutions two trucks ready for service. Customers will be meeting Brandon in the coming months. He comes from the construction industry, so he knows how your homes and facilities are put together. He will be able to find harborage and entry spots for pests. Let’s wish him luck as he completes training and testing to become certified. Some of our business hours are changing to better serve all of our customers. Phones will be answered from 7am – 6pm Monday – Friday to let customers schedule appointments. The website Contact form is always available. Service hours will change to 8am – 5pm (last appointment begins at 4pm). We will add service hours on 2nd Saturdays of each month from 9am – 1pm for convenience. Horizon Pest Solutions now recommends residential customers have services 3 times per year. Kansas weather has been finicky, and we noticed that pest issues in 2024 increased in rural communities. Let us help keep biting and stinging insects to a minimum with monthly services. It’s a great time to get termite inspections scheduled too. For our commercial clients we offer extended rodent control and high-pressure insect treatments for grain bins, grain flats, and exterior of buildings. Horizon Pest Solutions is also licensed and insured for fumigation. Keeping our food supply safe at all stages of processing is important. We understand that some customers would prefer to DYI their pest issues. What if you could get some professional training on how to do that? You’ve come to the right place! Horizon Pest Solutions offers sales of non-restricted professional products AND training on how to use those products. We can help you understand how to treat for a variety of pests like ants, spiders, cockroaches, and mice with the proper products and equipment.
