June and July have been very busy months for Horizon Pest Solutions! Current clients have been a fantastic resource for new client referrals. Both commercial and residential customers have told their friends, families, coworkers, and acquaintances about experiences. In fact, six new commercial accounts and 14 residential accounts were acquired during this timeframe.
As a locally owned small business, I’d like to give A MILLION Thank You’s to those who continue to trust what I am doing to remedy pest issues, and those who are just getting to know what Horizon Pest Solutions can offer. I, Melisa Arnold, the owner, appreciates every one of these interactions. My job isn’t to only remedy the pest issue, but to educate on the why, how, and what we as pest pros do. There is some bit of science behind the task, but it’s more personal to get an explanation.
Be assured that your account information is never shared with third parties. Names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and other identifying customer information is kept confidential. You may occasionally receive a follow up email or text to see how your service was, but this task is done by me, not a marketing firm. This is just a way to value our client/provider relationship.
As we end summer, you may see some insects lingering inside and outside your home. Ants, cockroaches, spiders, wasps, fleas, and tick are common summer pests that might still be hanging around.
