$75 INSPECTIONS
General pest inspections will be credited at 100% if/when clients use additional services within 30 days from initial inspection.
GENERAL INSECT CONTROL
Interior &/or Exterior – liquid or aerosol residual, &/or gel or granular insect bait.
STINGING / BITING INSECT CONTROL
Bees, Wasps, Scorpions, etc…Treatment &/or Removal.
EXTERIOR HIGH PRESSURE PESTICIDE APPLICATION
For insect control. Similar to Sunset Program Month 1. A more intense process will apply for commercial clients.
SMALL FLY MANAGEMENT
House flies, fruit flies, drain flies…etc. “Gnat” is a generic term for a small fly not yet identified.
BED BUG TREATMENT
Inspections only. A professional pest partner will be recommended for treatments.
FOLLOW UP SERVICES (General)
Charged per visit. Monitoring & Re-treat at 10-day intervals, IF NEEDED. After 30 days, main price point for selected service starts over.
RODENT SERVICE
Includes Interior &/or Exterior Trapping &/or Exterior baiting with rodenticide or food grade attractant. Serviced as needed for efficacy. Leasing of equipment is included in cost of service for residential clients.
MOSQUITO SERVICE
Includes vegetation areas up to (1) one acre. This is typically a seasonal service. (April – September) Mist Fogging, treatment applied to standing water, &/or container-type treatments available.
BIRD MANAGEMENT
Limited Availability. May include Trapping & Removal, or Deterrent using non-toxic foodstuffs. Referral partners available for alternative options.
PHEROMONE SERVICE
Service for residential or commercial clients. This is a monitoring tool for stored product pantry pests.
TERMITE SERVICES
Liquid treatment &/or Baiting system on the perimeter of foundation. Can be preventative or remedial treatments. Inspections available for home purchase.
SUNSET PROGRAM
This is a (2) two-month program with a 120 day guarantee – excluding mosquito treatments.
1st visit
INITIAL visit consists of a low pressure, high volume
residual spray treatment at the foundation of the structure, around window frames, door frames, soffits, porches, decks and other places where insects may get in. Inspection for entry points included.
2nd visit
THIRTY (30) days after – Insecticide Lawn Granular will be applied to the exterior foundation within 10 feet of foundation at landscaped areas.
LABOR RATES for Exclusion, Maintenance, Sanitation will be at an approved hourly rate and will be agreed upon PRIOR to any work being completed. Materials are additional charge.
